Is there a charge for the initial "Get Acquainted Interview"?
No.

How long does a visit last?
For most pets, visits last 30 - 45 minutes. Special needs pet's schedules are adjusted accordingly.

How many visits per day are needed?
A minimum of 2 visits per day are required for dogs.
Cats can get by with 1 visit per day in most cases.

Can you give medications to my pet?
Yes. We are veterinary trained, and would be happy to administer
medication to your pet.  

Will I have to sign a written client agreement?
Yes, there is a client service contract that you will need to sign.
This includes an emergency notification form in the event of illness or injury.
